What is the status of my order?

Can I change my order?

If you would like to make a change your order please contact us through email here or call 1-800-456-6018. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed.

Where do you ship?

For most items we ship to all locations globally. Some items due to restricted weight or dimensions are only available in the continental United States. Please check the item description before ordering.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Which currency will I be charged in?

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?
