When a book is titled "Recipes for Natural Living" - one might expect to have recipes throughout the book - telling you how to make it, prepare it etc. and then how to use it, dosages etc. NOT in this book and many many others and unfortunately this is not uncommon - nearly every single book that touts "Remedies", "Recipes" or "How to's" is a book full of information on WHAT and absolutely No instructions on HOW TO - HOW MCH - or HOW OFTEN etc. The general information on the plants the oils or the history of such means nothing to those of us that are expecting to find out the REAL WORLD usage of such plants, herbs, oils etc. PLEASE quit wasting our time and insulting our intelligence with the words "handbook" - "recipes" - & "how to" then give none
Gosh, we respectfully disagree. The book actually has an extensive number of recipes for specific ailments as viewable on the issuu flipboard in the description above.
